About John

 

 

As a long-time resident of the Emerald Coast, John has been in the local real estate industry for over 25 years.

 

During that time he has been involved with the development and launch of several residential subdivision and condominium projects, the most recent being Churchill Oaks, the premier boating-oriented luxury community along the 30A corridor. 

 

Originally from Louisiana, John was drawn to the Emerald Coast by the natural beauty, pristine beaches, and outdoor activities. He enjoys cooking, paddle-boarding, and the occasional round of golf, but most of all, he enjoys working to help friends and neighbors find their perfect space at the beach.
